For young athletes who have never tried diving before, who want to learn
more about the sport and explore in a safe, fun environment, we offer
beginner lessons.
Lessons are held at the Norwalk YMCA, Monday-Thursday from 5-6. You can
choose to dive as little as once a week, or as often as 4 times a week.
